Problems relating to monitoring and control
Mail is not received even if an error occurs with the projector
Check Remedy
Is the wireless LAN unit installed?
For wireless LAN
Check that the optional wireless LAN unit is installed in the projector properly.
Is the network cable connected correctly?
For wired LAN
Check that the network cable is connected correctly. Reconnect it if it is not connected or not connected properly.
Are the network connection settings correct? Check the projector's network settings. s p.80
Is Standby Mode set to Communication On? To use Mail Notification when the projector is in a standby state, set Standby Mode to Communication On from the
Configuration Menu.

Did a fatal error occur and the projector come to a sudden stop? If the projector comes to a sudden stop, mail cannot be sent.
If, after checking the projector, the error state cannot be resolved, contact your local dealer or the nearest address
provided in the Support and Service Guide. s Epson Projector Contact List
Is power being supplied to the projector? Check that your electrical outlet or power source is functioning correctly.
Is Mail Notification set correctly from the Configuration Menu? Error notification mail is sent in accordance with the setting of the Mail menu from the Configuration Menu. Check if it
is set correctly.

Problems relating to Easy Interactive Function
The message "Hardware device not found." is displayed.
Check Remedy
The projector and computer are not connected correctly. Check the USB cable connections. You may be able to resolve the problem by disconnecting and then reconnecting the
USB cable.
If you are using a notebook computer when the battery power is
running low, the USB port may stop working and you might not be
able to use USB devices.
Connect the power cable of the computer to an electrical outlet.
