Before Leaving New Install

• Make sure to remove the starter ink cartridge used for install & testing. Please

direct the customer to complete this so you can ensure they have been trained.

Also ensure they are clear on reloading labels.

• Make sure the customer knows who to contact in case of a printer malfunction.

The AE should be the primary contact in most cases. Marketing, Customer

Solutions & TSG resources will support the installation where necessary, but it

is always prudent, when converting to a new methodology, to have a backup in

place to prevent unforeseen events from delaying shipments.
