Setting the adjust lever

When you print on thick paper such as envelopes or if ink

smears on your documents, set the adjust lever to the “+”

position. To change the setting, open the printer cover and

position the lever as shown below.

Standard paper, coated paper, index cards,

transparencies, glossy paper/film

Envelopes

Note:

If the ink on your printout smears, set the adjust lever to the “+” position.
