Playback with the built-in speaker
You can play back the messages recorded for photos
with the built-in speaker. Follow these steps.
1. Turn the dial switch to .
2. Press the
+
or
-
button to select any photo to play
back the recorded message.
3. Press
Menu Change
.
4. Press
Sound
.
5. Press the
W.B.
button. The camera plays back the
sound.
Note:
To stop during playback, press the
W.B.
button again.
You can adjust the speaker volume. See “Adjusting the
speaker volume” on page 2-31.
Making Additional Settings
When the camera’s dial is in the position, you can
change certain camera settings, including the internal
clock, the camera mode, the beep, the LCD monitor’s
brightness level, speaker volume, and the automatic
shut-off time. You can also set the display language.
Setting the time and date
1. Turn the dial switch to .
2. The date (month, day, and year) and the time
(hour and minute) appear on the upper left of the
LCD monitor. Press the button next to the date
and time.
3. To adjust the value of the highlighted item, use
the
+
and
-
buttons. To change which item is
highlighted, use
ISO
and
W.B.
buttons.
4. After setting the correct time and date, save the
settings by pressing
SET
.
