TO CHOOSE A DEFAULT SIMULATION:

1. Launch ColorWise Pro Tools and click Proﬁle Manager.

The left-hand side of the screen lists the ICC proﬁles in the default directory of your

workstation. The right-hand side lists the simulation proﬁles on the RIP Station.

The lock icon indicates that these proﬁles cannot be deleted and can only be edited if

they are saved under a new name. The target icon indicates the default simulation

proﬁle, in this case SWOP-COM/M.

2. Click on the proﬁle you want as the default simulation, then click Proﬁle Settings.

3. In the Simulation Proﬁle Settings dialog box, select CMYK Input under Default for, and

click Apply.

4. Click OK.

5. In the main Proﬁle Manager window, the target icon appears next to the new default

simulation.
