Page Setup Parameters

When you select

Page Setup

in your software, you see a

dialog box similar to the one shown below. The dialog box you

see might be slightly different, depending on your software.

The options relevant to page setup are the following:

Paper

Specifies the size of the paper. This setting must match the

size of the paper loaded in the printer. The paper sizes you

can choose from can include the following (the actual

listing will vary): A4, A5, Letter, Legal, HalfLetter,

Executive, GovernmentLegal, GovernmentLetter, F4,

Monarch, Commercial-10, DL, C5, A3, B4, Ledger. The

default is either A4 or

Letter,

depending on your printer.

Orientation

Specifies whether the page is printed in portrait (default) or

landscape orientation.

Reduce or Enlarge

Allows you to reduce or enlarge the page. You can enter a

percentage from 25% to 400%. (The default is 100%.)
