Layout

Allows you to print two or more pages of your document

onto one sheet of paper. Each page is reduced so the

number of pages you specify can appear on one sheet. For

example, if you specify 4-up, four pages are printed on one

sheet. The options are 1 -up (default),

2-up, 4-up,

6-up,

8-up, 12-up,

16-up.

Your

Page Setup

dialog box might have additional options.

See your software program manual for more information.

When

you click Options in

the

Page Setup

menu, you

see a dialog box similar to the following:
