Banner Page

General

For each print job, specifies whether to print a banner sheet

that identifies the user and gives the date and time the job

was printed. The banner options are

None

(default),

First,

Last. None

specifies that no banner page is printed,

First

specifies the banner page is the first page that prints, and

Last

specifies that the banner page is the last page that

prints.

Encoding

Enables you to save a document as a PostScript file. The

options are

Binary

(default) or

ASCII.

Use

Binary

(default)

to reduce the quantity of data; use

ASCII

if you plan to later

edit the document.

Date/Time Stamp

Specifies whether the printing date and time are displayed

on each page that prints. By default,

Date/Time Stamp

not on.

Visual Effects

Flip Horizontal/Flip Vertical

These check boxes allow you to flip the printed image on

the page.

Invert Image

This check box allows you to invert the image or text on the

page so that black areas of the page become white and

white areas become black.
