The following screen should appear. This is the FastRIP

Main Queue.

Ethernet connection

To configure FastRIP

to utilize an Ethernet connection for printing, follow these

steps:

1. Expand the main menu and

select IP Printing.

2. Set Printer Type to

LPD/LPR.

3. Set Printer Address to the IP

address of the Epson printer.

For assistance with the IP Address of the Epson printer, you may

download the EpsonNet MAC Assist file from Epson’s website. Go to

http://support.epson.com/hardware/printer/option/c82362/index.html.

Download MacAssist v4.1aE.

4. Set Queue Name to FastRIP Epson or something

else that you will remember.

Note: When dealing with IP Addresses, you

CANNOT use spaces between words. Use the

underscore (i.e. word_word) to substitute for spaces.

5. Expand the Printer Model menu and select FastRIP. Choose the correct

Epson printer under Printer Name and click Add.
